The Paynes Creek Preservation Alliance is looking to be more involved in the community and reorganize its membership and volunteers. If you are looking for more ways to be involved in your community and to positively impact Hardee, Polk, Highland, and Desoto Counties, you don't want to miss this!

There will be FREE beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres in a very casual setting so come as you are after work! Gate admission is waived for the evening also. We need YOU! Come see how you can help!

***The Paynes Creek Preservation Alliance is a Citizen Support Organization – by the Department of Environmental Protection, who supports the operations of Paynes Creek Historic State Park.
Our purpose is to raise funds by hosting events and finding grants that can be used by the park for projects and equipment purchases that are not funded by the State park's annual budget. Along with financial support, the organization provides volunteer support to help grow the park and its involvement within our community.

Our Mission: To support the preservation and protection of the natural and culture resources of Paynes Creek Historic State Park, and to promote public awareness of the historic significance through interpretive programs, special events, and social functions. To provide volunteer projects, services and general assistance to the park.

"Paynes Creek Preservation Alliance" is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
